3’ deep verandah (2’ deep verandah on 7’ wide buildings). Georgian style windows and doors with ‘antique’ style fittings (with Georgian style, opening windows open their full length). Square or diamond leaded windows and doors. Additional windows. Cedar slatted roof. Internal partitions with sliding or hinged door. Pressure treated floor bearers.
