This tranquil building provides all the necessary facilities for a modern environment whether business or pleasure.
The Henwick has an attractive integral verandah which provides shelter from the elements over the double door entrance and offers an extra area to sit out and enjoy.
The verandah comes with a pressure treated decking floor and can be positioned on the front of the building or on one of the gable ends.
The Henwick includes four casement/vent windows with half glazed double doors.
Optional upgrades available on the Henwick include:
External Cladding Upgrade:Upgrade external cladding to Canadian Western Red Cedar.
Windows & Doors:Add additional windows to increase the amount of natural light and additional doors for different access points.
Roof Velux:Maximise the natural light in your building by adding Velux roof windows.
Coloured External Finish:Choose one of the twelve different coloured paint options.
Coloured Internal MDF Lining:Your internal lining can be upgraded to moisture resistant patterned MDF painted with your chosen colour.
Pressure Treated Cedar Shingle Roof:Enhance the look and longevity of your building by adding pressure treated cedar shingles to the roof.
Laminate Floors:Decorate the floor of your building with one of the laminate floor options.
Internal Wall Partitions:Create rooms within a room with internal wall partitions with a solid or half glazed internal door.
Guttering:Guttering and downpipes can be added to the front and back of your building.
